WELCOME TO THE TICKETING FAQ HEADQUARTERS. KEEP CHECKING BACK FOR LIVE UPDATES ON THE SEASON TO HELP YOU WITH YOUR QUESTIONS!

I have tickets for games that were cancelled, what do I do?

  • FULL SEASON TICKET MEMBERS will receive credit to their account. A Formstack link will be sent to all Members to choose an option for your ticket balance. This form must be returned to the Devils by June 1, 2020 to receive your selected option. If you do not submit a form by June 1, you will automatically keep the Account Credit. The form can also be found HERE.
  • PARTIAL SEASON MEMBERS will receive credit to their account for the amount of their remaining vouchers/tickets. To practice social distancing and limit the number of customers to the Devils office, please take a picture of your remaining vouchers/tickets (the full ticket/voucher must be displayed in the picture) and send it to tickets@binghamtondevils.com. A Formstack link will be sent to all Members to choose an option for your ticket balance. This form must be returned to the Devils by June 1, 2020 to receive your selected option. If you do not submit a form by June 1, you will automatically keep the Account Credit. The form can also be found HERE.
  • GROUP TICKET BUYERS will receive credit to their account. This credit can be used on Group tickets for any 2020-2021 Binghamton Devils regular season home game.
  • SINGLE GAME TICKET BUYERS can exchange their tickets for vouchers to an October or November 2020-2021 Binghamton Devils home game (Excluding Opening Night, October 10, 2020). Ex. If you have 4 (paid) tickets for a cancelled game, you will receive 4 ticket vouchers. Refunds will be processed per request. To practice social distancing and limit the number of customers to the Devils office, please take a picture of your tickets (the full ticket/voucher must be displayed in the picture) and send it to tickets@binghamtondevils.com and the Devils office will contact you for a refund payment method or to send you the vouchers.
  • ARENA BOX OFFICE TICKET BUYERS can call the Arena Box Office directly for instructions and options at (607) 778-6628. The Arena Box Office is open Monday – Friday 8am-4pm.
  • TICKETMASTER ONLINE BUYERS will be automatically refunded from Ticketmaster. Refunds should take approximately 30 days.

How can Account Credit be used?

  • Account credit can be used to make payments on a 2020-2021 Binghamton Devils Season Ticket Membership or on tickets to any 2020-2021 Binghamton Devils regular season home game.

I purchased tickets through a resale site. Will I receive a refund?

  • All tickets purchased through a resell site (StubHub, Tickets-Center, etc.) will be subject to the refund policy of that ticket marketplace. Please contact their customer service departments for more information.

Have any Season Ticket deadlines changed?

  • May 1 – Deadline to receive a FREE lower bowl New Jersey Devils ticket (1 ticket per seat on account) and a $10 Texas Roadhouse Gift Certificate (1 certificate per seat on account).
  • June 1 – Deadline to renew your same seat(s) for next season & receive 2019-2020 pricing. To place a deposit on a 2020-2021 Full Season Membership, please go to: https://am.ticketmaster.com/bdevils

When will credits/refunds be issued?

  • All credits will be issued to Full Season Members as soon as possible and they will be notified when credits are on their account. Refunds will be issued when the Devils staff returns to the office. We will send out an update to alert the public when the Devils Front Office is re-opened.

I have a Sponsorship with the Devils, what will happen since games are cancelled?

  • Your Devils Corporate Representative will reach out to you directly regarding options.
